Based on internal medicine
evaluation and triage, the Sexual Wellness Group provides a Phased
approach in addressing the patient's problem to allow for individual and
partner needs:

Initial assessment
of problems and definition of goals of therapy and
outlining an action plan
for achieving the therapy goals. At times the initiation of a treatment
plan begin at the end of this first consultation. At other time, more
detailed history, physical and/or laboratory testing may be required. (a face-to-face patient interview and
evaluation. - 30 minutes)

Comprehensive sexual and medical history
2.
Thorough
physical examination with special focus on sexual organs
3.
Laboratory and/or imaging studies focused on sexual as well as
appropriate general medical Function
4.
Integration and evaluation of data to define the nature of the problem
and creation of a treatment plan to address these problems
5.
Recommended treatment plan (90 minutes)

Implementation of the Treatment Plan - involving group resources
appropriate to the issues. Also, follow up visits may be necessary to
monitor progress and adjust treatment to obtain maximal response.
